| Satyanda Yoga is an integrated style of yoga, providing physical postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation. Physical Vitality, emotional balance and mental harmony can be achieved through regular practice of these Yoga techniques. People practising Satyananda Yoga are of all ages and levels of fitness and come from many walks of life. Teachers in this tradition are trained and qualified to present Yoga to meet students' differing needs. |

Heather has practiced Yoga for 18 years, formally studying the Satyananda style of yoga for the past 8 years with the Yoga Association of Victoria completing certificates of accreditation in Teacher Training levels 1 & 2 and Yoga Studies 2.
